By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the conditions stated in this document.

Violation of this ToS will result in a strike. Three (3) strikes will result in blacklisting. This means you may no longer make transactions with me nor obtain any of my designs in the future.

I do not support AI Art, NFTs, and Crypto Art in any way. Clients are NOT permitted to use my artworks for AI training, under any AI enhancement, NFTs and any form of Crypto currency.

Services offered are all digital products and will be digitally delivered, no physical items will be shipped out.

I accept orders according to my capability and what I am confident in being able to deliver a full filling product.

I have the right to decline a commission request if I believe I may not draw the subject well or if I am uncomfortable with the subject.

Under general circumstances, I will not accept character illustration commission requests with little to no visual design reference. Few exceptions may occur, feel free to ask!

I can and will draw humans/humanoids, anthros (snouted or flat-faced), certain closed species (feel free to ask!), light/pastel/candy gore, body horror, and semi-suggestive art.

I cannot and will not draw super buff body types (I am practicing them! Feel free to ask if I can draw your subject), Explicit NSFW, Mecha/Heavy Armor/FFXIV levels of detail, and hateful content.

Payment is required to paid in full and upfront unless discussed otherwise.

Payment is to be paid within 24-48 hours within invoice time unless discussed otherwise. Failure to comply with this will result to voiding of the commission request and given a strike.

Payment plans or Split payments are available for commission requests above $200 USD.

I accept full refund requests under the circumstance that no progress was done to the commission. Once a sketch has been approved, I am no longer able to provide full refund requests. This may differ depending on the situation and discussion.

Free major and minor revisions are permitted during the sketch phase of the commission. Any major revision that requires altering the sketch or lineart after the lineart phase has started will be $10-15.

Addition of props or change of character design/clothing while in progress will incur extra costs.

Once the piece is done and rendered, only minor color revisions are permitted.

I remain to have rights over my designs/artworks for fair use. This includes: posting the design/artwork on my socials, my portfolio, advertisement purposes, and so on.

By default, clients are permitted to use the commissioned artworks for personal or non-commercial use only.

Credits are not mandatory but highly encouraged. Client may not claim credit for making the piece.

Commercial use of commissioned artwork will need to be discussed in advance and will require additional fees that is not included in the publicly listed prices.

Clients are not permitted to use my artworks in NFTs and any form of cryptocurrencies.

Clients are not permitted to use my artworks for AI training and any form of AI enhancement.

Unless given a deadline, commission delivery may take from a week to 3 months to be delivered depending on my availability and work schedule.

I am a working student and cannot draw for extended periods of time due to health concerns.

Communication may take place in Discord, Toyhouse, or Twitter DMs (up to the client).

Please stay on topic and be clear and concise in what you want so I may bring your vision to life as best as i can! Any requests for edits, revisions, and feedback should be made within 4 days of receiving the message. If I do not receive any reply within the 4-day wait time, I will assume no requests or edits are needed and will proceed with working on your commission.

By default, you gain personal/non-commercial use rights for the design once obtained.

Please credit me as the designer/creator for the design.

If you wish to use the design for commercial use, please discuss with me and this will come with additional fees.

The design may be resold for the price it was bought for. Commissioned artworks may add to the price of the design but only for the value of the art.

Traded/Gifted designs may not be resold. Commissioned artworks may add to the price of the design but only for the value of the art.

You are free to edit and alter my designs as long as they still resemble the original and does not indicate any harmful content.

If a design contains representation or features of a minority or oppressed group of people, you may not edit nor alter the designs to remove these features.

Using my designs and art for hate speech and harmful content is prohibited.
