By purchasing my services, you are agreeing to my Terms of Service.

Forms are handled through Google Forms and are not first come, first serve unless stated otherwise.

I accept orders depending on my capability and what I'm most confident in drawing.

Commissions are all digital products and will be digitally delivered.

I will be providing WIPs as soon as possible through the contact method preferred.

Major and minor revisions are permitted during the sketch stage. Past this, only minor revisions are accepted.

My current turn-around time takes up to a maximum of 2 months. You may request and contact me if you need/want a certain commission done by a specific date!

You may not alter your commissioned artwork without my permission. This refers to editing, removing of signature, animating, etc.

Payment is in USD through Paypal.

Payment is upfront unless stated otherwise.

Payment is to be sent within 24 hours since invoice time unless discussed otherwise.

if one hasn't paid within 24 hours after the invoice, their claim will be voided and given a strike unless discussed otherwise.

Refunds are not available once the payment has been sent. Please make sure you are able to afford the commission. If I am not able to finish your order within the timetable, I will contact and refund you.

I remain to have rights over my designs/artworks for fair use. This includes: posting the design/artwork on my socials, my portfolio, advertisement purposes, and so on.

By default, clients are permitted to use the commissioned artworks for personal/non-commercial use only.

Commercial use of the commissioned artwork will need to be discussed with me and will require additional fees.

Clients are not permitted to use my artworks in NFTs and any form of cryptocurrencies.

Clients are not permitted to use my artworks for Ai training and any form of Ai enhancement.

Production of merchandise using my artworks is not permitted unless discussed.

By default, you gain personal/non-commercial use rights for the design once obtained.

Please credit me as the designer/creator for the design.

If you wish to use the design for commercial use, please discuss with me and this will come with additional fees.

The design may be resold for the price it was bought for. Commissioned artworks may add to the price of the design but only for the value of the art.

Traded/Gifted designs may not be resold. Commissioned artworks may add to the price of the design but only for the value of the art.

You are free to edit and alter my designs as long as they still resemble the original.

Changing a transgender design to a cisgender design is prohibited.

Changing the skin tones of my designs to a lighter shade is prohibited.

Using my designs and art for hate speech and harmful content is prohibited.
